• Bag Limits: each person hoop netting for lobsters is allowed to take home up to 7 spiny lobsters.
  
  
• Legal Size: lobster carapace must be a minimum of 3 1/4″. We will measure your catch for you.
  
  
• Permits: Everyone must have a Spiny Lobster Report Card, and Everyone over the age of 16 must also have a 1 Day California Fishing License

• Private Charter
  All of our San Diego fishing boat trips are for private fishing charters only, with just you and your party on board. Each trip is captained by a US Coast Guard-licensed captain.
  
  
• Lobster Hoop Nets
  We provide you and your party with lobster hoop nets and all the necessary equipment and bait to target Spiny Lobsters in San Diego’s bays.
  
  
• Cooler & Beverages
  Infusion keeps an ice chest on board with water bottles and various assorted beverages for you and your party. You may also bring your own drinks and put them in our cooler. NO glass bottles allowed.
  
  
• Fuel
  Infusion never charges our guests a surcharge for fuel. The fuel for your trip is included in the price of the charter.

• Valid ID: bring your ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, or Passport).
  
  
• California Fishing License: everyone 16 years of age or older will need a 1 Day California Fishing License. Information on obtaining a fishing license is below.
  
  
• California Spiny Lobster Report Card: everyone on board fishing for spiny lobsters are required to have a Spiny Lobster Report Card included those under the age of 16.
  
  
• Sun Protection: sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and long sleeve shirts.
  
  
• Warm Clothes: bring layers like sweatshirts or jackets. It can get cold and chilly on the water, especially when the boat is in motion.
  Shoes: wear shoes you don’t mind getting wet.
  
  
• Ice Chest: bring one for your fresh catch, leave it in your car, and do not bring it on the boat.
  
  
• Beverages: it’s always a good idea to stay hydrated. You can bring additional beverages. NO glass containers are allowed on the boat.
  
  
• Food & Snacks: on full days, we suggest bringing a lunch and snacks for the day.
  
  
• Camera/Phone: to capture your fun day, we recommend having a waterproof phone pouch.

For all San Diego fishing charters, all anglers 16 years of age or older must have a valid ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, or Passport) and a California Sport Fishing License for the day they are fishing.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Under Customer Search Criteria: fill out the Fields and click on the “NEXT” button.
   
   
2. Select the type of ID you will use from the dropdown menu, or if you have an existing GO ID, select that option.
   
   
3. If you already have a GO ID, it will pull up your account.
   
   
4. If you do not have an existing account, proceed to fill out all required fields to create an account.
   
   
5. Once an account is created, you can select “Purchase Licenses.”
   
   
6. Under MENU, select “Sport Fishing.”
   
   
7. On the MAIN sub-menu select “Sport Fishing 1-Day License (Res/Nonres)” and click on the “Add” button.
   
   
8. You will be prompted to select a date. Select the date of your fishing charter booking. Click the “Accept” button.
   
   
9. Scroll down to the SHOPPING CART section: click on the “Check Out” button and follow the checkout and payment prompts to complete your purchase.
   
   
10. When payment process is completed, print your fishing license and bring it with you on the day of your fishing charter booking.

IMPORTANT! FOR ONLINE ORDER YOU MUST ALLOW FOR 15 DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF THE REPORT CARD.

If you cannot wait 15 days because your booking date is sooner, get report card through a licensed agent.
